The actual product is very nice and useful. However, it arrived with a dent. I suppose it was sent like that because the box from Amazon was in perfect condition. Only thing that felt a little flimsy was the strings that are used to close the folder. Got to be careful with those. Overall it’s beautiful.

Arrived broken but just one grommet, contacted the seller to see if they can just send a grommet since it seems a bit wasteful to send the whole thing back. I didn’t even notice until I started attaching labels and it just fell right off. The folders themselves seem a bit stiff and don’t expand very far- two passports is stretching it for one folder. Also, some folders have residue from the gold hardware as if moisture was present at some point. I would say it’s ok as a starter organizer, but you will probably need to upgrade at some point. Update as of 2/26: I contacted the company directly and they were absolutely great to work with. I told them about the condition of the folder and they sent me a fixed one with no questions asked. It arrived in good condition thankfully and they were great about communicating to make sure there were no issues! Still think this is good for a starter organizer- you may need to upgrade at some point depending on how many documents you need to store
