I've had these for about 4 weeks now. This is my first pair of wireless buds. I was worried they might fall out and get lost. They fit so well I have no worries about losing one. Even a vigorous shake of the head doesn't seem to move them. In spite of that they're very comfortable even after hours of listening. The sound quality is what I like most. So musical and pure sounding. To me they sound much better than far more expensive headphones I've had over the years. The noise reduction doesn't seem to make much difference on or off, but the sound isolation is so good it doesn't matter. The battery seems to last ages and they get a top up when stored in the case. The only very slight negative is the control buttons on them. I press them every time I adjust one or even touch the side if my face, either pausing the music or putting them into ambient mode by mistake. Another press and is all sorted but not ideal. In terms of pairing and controlling, the app is good and they pair easily. The price is good at the moment because there is a newer version but I would say get them while they're cheap and still available.

Love these earphones. They were recommended by a friend and he was right, they’re great value for money. Comfortable in the ear, easy to set up and easy to use. The sound is good and the aesthetic is even better. Love the colour of them

These Sony headphones have a high build quality and reliably connect. Very comfortable to wear. Small case with long lasting battery charge. Sound is good, but will not blow you away. Ideal headphones provided you're not buying them for noise cancelling. Noise cancelling is non-existent on my Sony ones, outside of the noise blocked out by the fit of the headphones. Tried different headphone tips included, but did not help. No difference noticeable when switching between the noise cancelling options on the app. Have recently bought a pair of the new Bose quiet comfort earbuds released Sep 2024. These are much dearer than the Sony ,but actually have effective noise cancelling from cars when walking or whilst commuting on train. Sound of the Bose is not that different from the Sony and the Bose have a bigger case and headphones, however they do deliver on their noise cancelling which is what I was really looking for.

Outstanding item. Great quality sound, comfortable fit, noise cancelling, very pleased and I am a bit of a sound snob, I hate poor quality sound reproduction. These are brilliant.

I bought these earbuds after my previous Sony ones stopped working because I liked the design and the sound quality. To my surprise, the left earbud stopped working the second day, so I requested a change and that was my mistake, I should have requested a refund and buy other brand. But I thought that was only bad luck and Sony was considered a good brand, so I waited for the new pair to arrive and on less than a week it was impossible to use them for calls because the microphone wasn't working. To my surprise I was directed to the Sony website were I found that this was so common that it was in the FAQ. I looked for reviews and this is happening to everyone. I requested a repair to Amazon and they never came to pick them up, there is no way to contact Royal Mail and my only option is to cancel the repair. What I cannot understand is how these are sold since this issue is known by the brand and by Amazon. How can you sell something that clearly doesn't work? How has this passed the quality controls? And the worst part, how is possible that there's no way for me to solve this issue? So I have them at home, not being able to used them and constantly remind me that I've been fooled by them, not one, but two times. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I am impressed though I've only had them an hour. Nice sound for the money. Voices sound just about right. Quite a bassy backdrop to the sound. As soon as I placed them in my ears felt comfortable and unattrusive, nor did either of them feel like they were about to drop out - I have trouble with my right ear! So far with all bells and whistles switched on power levels on ' both ' earbuds are balanced the same and have dropped to 70% equal. The charging case and buds seemed to have all been fully charged up which is very convenient and I didn't have to charge before use! Thank you Sony. More later Today on my third day I've had these buds in for two hours and they are both still showing 100%! I am still impressed by the comfort and sound quality in particular the surprising deep bass I've experienced ,real ' basso profundo' very good value for money so far! My image is it's status after use from 10am to 4pm! Impressed 👍 I can't understand where those deep notes come from! When they get multipoint I think they will be very good value for money! If I lost a bud they are cheap enough to buy again. Good value! Yesterday I was watching the Coronation of King Charles III and listening on these earbuds such a powerful sound!! And wide sound stage too. Powerful sound of the choirs state trumpeters and even deep notes from the organ at Westminster abbey. Remarkable!! A little tip for Sony 700n users. As you might know, this app can connect with two different devices. I have got mine connected to my Surfans MP3 player, which means I can leave that device in my pocket or backpack and operate everything from the Sony app. It's easy to connect and quite convenient. This includes changing the volume and tracks and all the normal functions of the Sony app, including your MP3 player. Very convenient!

J'ai acheté ces écouteurs Sony WF-C710NSA il y a 1 semaine et je suis vraiment content de mon achat. C'était mon premier test avec des écouteurs à réduction de bruit active et franchement, je ne suis pas déçu. Points positifs : La qualité sonore est vraiment bluffante pour le prix, avec des basses puissantes et bien équilibrées. Les voix sont claires et bien définies, parfait pour mes playlists et mes podcasts. L’autonomie est excellente : j’arrive facilement à tenir environ 8-9 heures d’écoute avec la réduction de bruit activée, et le boîtier permet de tenir plusieurs jours sans recharger.La réduction de bruit fait vraiment son travail, surtout dans les transports. Ce n’est évidemment pas le rendu des modèles très haut de gamme, mais pour ce prix-là, c’est impressionnant.Le multipoint Bluetooth est pratique pour passer d’un appareil à l’autre facilement.La pause automatique quand on retire un écouteur est appréciable au quotidien. Points à améliorer : Le boîtier et les écouteurs sont un peu volumineux comparé à d’autres modèles.Pas de codec LDAC, mais pour une écoute classique cela ne m’a pas gêné.Les commandes tactiles fonctionnent bien mais pas entièrement personnalisables.

Bought almost 2 years ago. Great quality and still working perfectly. Only the case battery is loosing a bit of charge.

Auricolari confortevoli e stabili adatti alla pratica sportiva, non cadono durante la corsa! L'autonomia è soddisfacente e i tempi di ricarica tramite il box abbastanza compatto, sono molto rapidi. L'associazione a 2 smartphone risulta utile ed agevole. L'app Sound Connect ha un layout poco accattivante, ma dispone delle funzioni che servono per impostare le varie modalità di ascolto e l'equalizzatore. La cancellazione del rumore testata anche in metro, è efficace. La modalità trasparente si può impostare su vari livelli e risulta efficace su una posizione intermedia, per evitare fruscii. Il controllo del suono adattivo, a mio parere, è la funzione meno riuscita, poiché finisce con il cambiare spesso la modalità senza logica, ad esempio, se sto correndo utilizza la cancellazione del rumore, ma se durante la corsa mi fermo ad un semaforo, cambia modalità! I comandi gestuali con i pulsanti a sfioramento funzionano molto bene. Sx. per impostare le modalità di ascolto, Canc. rumore, Suono ambientale, Disattivato; Dx per gestione brani musicali /podcast. Entrambi i tasti, con tocchi rapidi, per regolazione volume, sx per abbassare e sx per alzare. La modifica del volume sarebbe stata più comoda con una pressione continua sui tasti. I materiali sono in plastica dura, ma non troppo scivolosi. I set di gommini disponibili, sono 3 di diverse misure per trovare l'assetto più adatto alle proprie orecchie. Questo modello dispone dell'utile sensore di prossimità che interrompe il suono in caso di distacco involontario di un auricolare. È comunque possibile l'ascolto in modalità auricolare singolo. Il livello del volume risulta abbastanza potente per le varie condizioni d'uso, il suono è nitido. Complessivamente il prodotto è soddisfacente e consigliato soprattutto se con uno sconto!
