Expensive as well are the accessories $$$
Excellent product. A little bit of a learning curve.poor documentation. You will be relying o YouTube for guidance buttons don’t always seem to work right accessories additional plug in cords are expensive but are quality will last a lifetime

Pretty awesome!
After figuring out how to program the Satiator to the correct settings, a most awesome battery charger for practically every type of battery. Learning curve involved. A bit on the pricey side, but I can get rid of two other chargers I have and use this charger exclusively.

Will NOT work for a Bosch Smart Drive 3.
This (and the Bosch adapter which does not fit "the smart system 3", it probably fits a system 2.) will not work a Bosch smart system 3. I ordered this when I ordered my bike and because we had a mod to the bike before I took possession of it, it ran out the return clock. I tried contacting the company and they never replied why it doesn't work. After some internet searching, I learned the smart system 3 utilizes a serial can-bus between the charge and the battery I presume to prevent overcharging and balanced charging between the cells. So, for now, I have a $400 paperweight. I need to contact Amazon to let them know the description is incorrect. I'm guessing this charger does not have the can-bus in it. It's just a dumb charger. I wouldn't do business with this company if they don't support their customers.

They won't pay return shipping because they have so many problems. Problems are hard to diagnose.
