The shipment arrived with good portion leaked within bubble package.I like the product though.

I have to admit I was a little hesitate to purchase due to having no experience with it and it's slightly higher then average price but I am so happy I gave it a shot. I just finished my first load which happened to be my personal whites and immediately I saw how much whiter and cleaner they looked... It even got out the years old armpit stains! I actually have quite a bit of experience making my own laundry soap but also use Tide, Cheer and Gain when I'm too lazy to make a batch and this cleaned better then any of those... I like the smell although it may take some time getting used to my clothes smelling like it but I would be lying if I said I didn't like it... In fact, I'm thinking of rewashing my towels that I have just washed in Cheer prior to my experiment run.

This detergent is so good, I ordered another. It's a little expensive; but you only have to use a very little. It's at least 3X more concentrated than Tide-like products, so it's not ridiculously priced. It has the smallest touch of fabric softener, which I've really come to appreciate. I don't have to make the choice of limp clothes (over-softened), or pants that could stand alone. I was a little hesitant about my towels... I don't like to use fabric softener on them because sometimes it makes them less absorbent. Thankfully, Zum wash just left them fluffy. The Sea Salt scent is great, too. Not too heavy; very unisex. My clothes smell wonderful-- like they've been hung outside in the sun for a warm afternoon. Zum Clean is an organic clean, and I've gotten uncomfortable with all the chemicals soaking into my clothes, so I feel as good as I smell.

Found this at Whole Foods, loved it, and so have been ordering it on Amazon.Pros:1.) The Sea Salt is my favorite of Zum's laundry line. Clean, fresh, a bit salty with a hint of lemon. #Perfect2.) The scent lingers gently on clothing; we get lots of complements3.) We like that it is natural4.) It is somewhat concentrated (as per the advertisement) but not as concentrated as your typical laundry soaps (Tide, Gain, etc)Cons:1.) It's a bit spend for the amount of soap you get. So I would argue it's not budget friendly. It works for me because I'm only washing for myself and one other person. For a family, it wouldn't go very far.
