On the ingredient list there are sodium lauryl sulfoacetate and disodium laureth sulfosuccinate.....aren't these sulfates??

Yes and no - they are not the same as the harsh surfactants that strip and destroy your hair. Surfactants (the cleaning compounds) like sodium lauryl sulfate has a smaller molecular structure, which causes it to attract more oils and be much harsher, than the larger and more gentle molecules in sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, etc. All shampoos have several surfactants of some sort - that's what cleans your scalp - but you want to look for the gentle ones and not the ones generally recognized as harsh sulfates.

I wash my hair every 4-5 days, will this make my hair oily?

I also wash my hair every 5 days or so and it cleanses the hair extremely well with no oily feeling at all!

Is it fragrance free?
