Pelmeni Maker Metal Mold New

It does not have any weight, that makes it hard to use, it doesn’t stay in place when stretching the sought on top with the rolling pin to make the cut of the pelmeni. Also the outside edge is higher than the edge if each opening of the pelmeni which makes it hard to cut the pelmeni!Not the best!

I love that this mold makes a lot of pelmeni (37!) in one go. I was a little hesitant to purchase since some of the reviews complained that the edges were too sharp, but I would have preferred them to be even sharper, since I had to go over the mold many times with my rolling pin to get the edges to separate the dumplings so that I did not have to go back and cut every single separation divot with a paring knife. I can't imagine working with a dull plastic version.

I bought this after finding a recipie on Smitten Kitchen for russina dumplings as it was reccomended by the author. I had no trouble using it and the dumplings turned out amazing.

The mold is exactly how I thought it would be! It's super easy to use and I've made successfully made authentic Pel Meni. I love this product!

This is an unfinished product.Appears to be just die cut out of aluminum stock worth pennies without further processing. After punching out the form the manufacturer didn't bother to de-burr it. Sharp edges everywhere makes it unusable, unless you take the burrs off with sand paper or small hand files.Should've bought the plastic version.

Bad quality

This is the first item I've bought off of Amazon and had to return. This is the worst quality I've ever seen. Compared to old pelmeni molds, this one is light weight (bad) the edges are rough (you could easily cut yourself) the material it is made out of awful. Don't waste your money on this.
