Peloton Bikes, Indoor Exercise bikes for Cardio and Strength Training

I have to say that I don’t normally write reviews of things I have purchased, but this is a worthy exception. I am now a proud owner of an assemble-at-home Peloton Cross Training Bike. I felt confident I would be able to put it together after watching several how-to videos before it was delivered. Everything I was told in the videos was accurate including:  The bike was securely packaged to keep the bike safe during transporting it  It was delivered on-time within the 2-hour window they promised  Every tool needed to assemble the bike was included in the box  The instructions were foolproof (lots of pages and one step per page) In advance I had determined where the bike would live and had the space cleared out and ready. (I recommend this step) The delivery men placed the box exactly where I wanted it. I felt like a little kid at Christmas getting his first bike. It turns out the assembly was even easier that I thought it would be. Maybe I was overprepared. I had the videos all lined up ready to help when I got into trouble. But that wasn’t necessary. Within 75 minutes, I was taking my first ride. It took a few practice rides before I was comfortable with the multiple seat and handlebar settings not to mention adjusting the shoe clips. All in all, the delivery and assembly were a very satisfying experience. The Peloton experience is also worth writing about. I find the bike to be quite intuitive and responsive. For example, I like how the resistance knob easily turns and clearly displays the setting on the screen. There are so many bike classes, (live and taped) to choose from. I started with the 20-minute introductory rides and did a few so I could sample the different instructors and their styles of leading/teaching. I found that being able to see the music playlist in advance helped me decide This purchase has changed my life. My only regret is that I didn’t start this personal fitness journey sooner.

I've been using this bike for 4 months now. I've lost 23lbs and my muscle definition in my arms and legs are crazy. Con: You do have to pay $50 a month to access the classes. That's the only con! Assembly was easy and took little time. Directions are straightforward. Amazon delivery to any room of your choice. They were very polite! This bike is no joke. Very sturdy!! The seat can be adjusted closer to the screen or further away, and also up and down for short/tall. The handle bars can also be adjusted high or lower. The screen swivels out and tilts up and down. The speaker sound is pretty decent, too! There are SO many different cycling classes to chooses from. Different styles for different focuses. It doesn't stop there! You also get access to a host of programs and other classes that don't even involve the bike. Full body, upper body, lower body, yoga, pilates.. The list goes on. It is the BEST purchase I've ever made. I love the community, the trainers and their encouragement. The way I feel after a ride. This is worth every penny! As for the shoes, Amazon has some that I got for $45. They work perfectly. Now go, invest in yourself ❤️

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Zero stars if I could. Bought the item during Black Friday deal in November. Delivery window is 9am-7pm and the date changed after I had a taken off of work. Second delivery attempt was rescheduled and “determined to be fault due to not answering the phone during delivery attempt. Finally was delivered and assembled mid December, received a defective item , the Left pedal falls off due to a stripped screw. Replacement peloton scheduled for delivery today, and took off of work again only for the item to never arrive. Spoke to customer service and was told the item did not ship and they do not have an estimated date. I’m 6 weeks out now after having paid for an item, received a defecte item, multiple rescheduled deliveries and now no timeline to receive an item I paid for. - update: I got my replacement in January and they ended up charging me another $1500 for not returning the original defected product, although an agent told me I didn’t have to return so now I’m going through the process to get the charge reversed . Nightmare experience

I absolutely love my Peloton Cross-Training Series Bike! The footprint of the Bike is compact, fitting within my bedroom space, but is very substantial and looks extremely high-end and luxe. It was very easy to get started on the screen—which is HUGE, in a good way—and I was taking my first workout class within 10 minutes of setup. Im very proud of my new purchase and really excited for it to be a part of my new everyday routine. A couple more things I noticed immediately: -The packaging was really high-end and made me feel like I was truly buying from a luxury brand -The Bike itself is extremely well-built and sturdy—it looks like no expense was spared -The screen is gorgeous and the sound quality is insane -I added the Comfort Saddle, which is the most comfortable saddle I have used on a Bike -VERY easy to switch between modalities: I went right from a Cycling class to a Pilates class All-in-all this was a 10/10 purchase. I absolutely love it and I cannot believe I lived without it until now.

I have been working out with the peloton for a while since I’ve gotten it. I enjoy all of the concepts of the Peloton. I really truly enjoy it and I use it pretty much every day Saturday and Sunday I rest.

Cannot even set a distance to bike without a subscription. If you ride to a distance it does not show the time or speed afterwards! Lame/cynical

I was a bit hesitant to buy such a high ticket item on Amazon and was worried about the delivery of the bike seeing as how I live in a small town in BC.. however the bike was delivered 2 days earlier than it originally stated with no problems at all. You definitely need two people to carry the box, it’s extremely heavy but VERY well packaged. The box is well laid out with everything you need in individual boxes. I set up the bike alone with the use of the instructions and it took me about a hour and a half total to set it up! Very easy to set up and get started on the bike. I absolutely LOVE the huge high quality touch screen and the premium feel of the entire bike. Overall 10/10 purchase experience, ease of setup and quality of bike!
