The Spice Way Cinnamon Cassia Sticks - 3.5 oz Review: There are 4 main types of cinnamon (Cassia, Ceylon, Saigon, Korintje), each with its own distinct flavor and application as a spice, but this product is of the Cassia variety and probably the best all-around cinnamon as it is sweet with subtle spicy notes. I use it to make cinnamon flavored syrup that I use in my coffee since no local stores stock cinnamon creamer, and it has the most amazing flavor, sweet by itself but blends well with the Turbinado sugar I use to make the syrup. And honestly, the flavor is so full and rich, I would never buy cinnamon creamer at the store again. After using the sticks to flavor the syrup, I dry them and grind them to a powder. Since they have been soaked in sugar water, the cinnamon powder now has an extra sweetness that makes it perfect for baking so no part of the cinnamon goes to waste. I have bought a few pouches of this cinnamon and have always been happy with the taste and quality of the sticks. It’s also a much better deal than anything I can buy locally, getting a lot more (and superior) product for a lot less money. And the cinnamon itself is produced in a natural, non-GMO, sustainable way that I can support. So for many reasons, this will always be my cinnamon of choice. Review: I am using the Spice Way Cinnamon Sticks in a potpourri. The potpourri is a one serving crock pot. These cinnamon sticks, using 4 or 5, make the kitchen smell like I am baking. People come in and make very positive comments about the wonderful aroma. People think that I am baking and want to know when they can taste the cinnamon pastry or bread. The sticks are certainly of good quality and last for 4 or 5 days. I will again order these especially considering the reasonable price.

These cinnamon sticks were a good purchase! Fresh out of the bag, they release a mild, aromatic scent that’s simply delightful. These sticks are perfect for brewing tea, infusing it with a rich, flavorful warmth. Everything I’ve bought from this company has been consistently excellent, and these cinnamon sticks are no exception. I’ll gladly buy them again!

It has a more sweeter spice. Which I love. We have it with our coffee in the morning.2cm length piece has so much flavor. Would be perfect for cinnamon rolls. Cinnamon stick has a great thickness to it, smells great, love the quality of it.
