I am not sure if this thing can get you six packs but it definitely works. I liked the vibrations and tickling it makes your muscle to work. It can also be used as massage device. I wish they included some batteries but it isn't hard to find just regular AAA batteries are needed. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

The product is really easy to set up and use and works pretty much out of the packaging when we add batteries. No additional set up is needed. Instructions are pretty clear and once its set up and good to go, there are three buttons to Change Mode, Power On and Increase Intensity and Power OFF & Decrease Intensity. The additional gel pads are great too.I have tested this against my abdomen and calf and it provides a decent toning workout as a supplement to the regular core and cardio workout. There are only 3 intensity levels which is kind of the only let down but then again, this costs a fraction compared to other products.

It's been a week I have received and using this product and so far I am very much satisfied buying this product. No regret about my decision.Actually, I am not very much interested in this kind of products and will always rely on the legacy way of doing some physical activity on daily basis.The product price has attracted me to give a try. The product was delivered in a nice pack and all the items are included as promised. I strongly believe the items which are included in the package (including 10 Gel packs) are very much worth for the buying price.I am using this product two times a day. Seems the product giving good results, but maybe it is too early to comment on reducing the abdomen fat.I didn't find any cons in this product, except for which you have to buy AAA batteries for usage. If the controllers are rechargeable then it would be very helpful.

been using the muscle simulator for the past few months and it works pretty well. It provides relief to the muscle pain and discomfort after exercise. I also use the two smaller pads on my knees after hiking. I also brought it with me on an international trip and it was handy to use it after an exhausting day of touring.It is easy to use. After inserting batteries, attach the controller to the belt, remove the film and place the belt on. Then press ON/INC button once to turn on, PROGRAM to choose the mode and ON/INC and/or OFF/DEC to adjust the level. That is all to it.

It arrived on time, packaging was really good, it’s very very easy to use and my gosh does it pack a punch. I felt my abs getting a workout immediately and after just the three times that I’ve used it, I’ve noticed a difference. I love it and now use it every day. Top marks

I use this product 4 days in the roll now, and i use it after i worked out. I feel my muscle is toned and in the meantime relaxed. my wife uses it to relax her shoulder pain, and so far, it worked well for that purpose too. i'd recommend this product since it is an inexpensive addition to all other gym equipment we have at home.

As we don't have too much time to go to gym, I decided to give it a go with this device as additional support. What I like about this one is that it is really powerful, has several levels of operation, easy to apply. It has 6 points to contact with your skin and cover all abs area as well 2 additional pads for arms or legs. We usually use it in out of gym days as addition to workout. It's too early to see the results, but definitely muscles feels in tone and like after light workout. And last one, it takes only few minutes to recharge them.

I really like this product. I was very skeptical. It has a setting that actually makes my muscles feel relaxed. I have joint pain and this takes the lever action out of my workout. It doesnt work on my leg muscles (large Muscles) but is great on my arms and works ok on my abs. The sticky pads wear out rather quickly.
