Good Bosun's chair.
I don't like the fact that Bosun's chairs are expensive but this one was the best price I found for this model. It has a solid seat bottom so it doesn't pinch your butt and hips. It's strong and I felt safe going up the mast in this chair.

Nice chair for woman
I purchased the bosun chair to replace an old one. For a woman, my previous chair put the squeeze on my hip bones. I wont have that problem with this one. Very sturdy and lots of rings & pockets, too.

waste strap to prevent you falling out of it
I was recently up a mast with a bosun's chair without a waste strap -- a big power boat came by leaving a huge wake, the main sail slapped me like a tennis ball and I flew around the diamond stay until i hit the mast, no idea how I did not come out of the chair -- the waste strap give added security of knowing you won't come out of the chair when things go wrong.
