Using for a front concrete planter pond with gold fish. It works great! There is the wonderful sound of the waterfall, the filtration, I am not sure if the light is working as I do not see it. To stabilize it with the slope of the concrete pond I have a bungi cord attaching it to a hound dog sculpture peering into the pond. It’s been about a month but even better than I hoped for.

As of now it's 5 stars as it cleared up the turtle water very well (water is clear but may look greenish in video as tank is on top of teal colored stand). Virtually no noise. We have 1 turtle in a 35 gallon tank. Sits nicely against the inside wall of the tank. I haven't had any issues with it moving as I have it tucked into the corner and up against the top lip of the tank. I like that the top can be removed and the filters cleaned. Turtle appears to like as he was sitting under the waterfall one day. If it lasts I will be very happy. (I also treat the water with Flukers Eco Clean which helps keep the water clean)

Very quite. Extra plug in to run the light separately is nice. Flow is not as fast as expected so you may want to still use an extra one depending on your tank size. Mine is 4'x30" dimension and I fill it to the bottom of the lip. This is almost too much water in my opinion for this to handle but I am using it for a larger turtle. I like that it is thin and great suction.

I bought the 1X-120 with UV light100 gallon filter . The filter is great. Very strong current. Keeps the large 66 gallon (only filled halfway)plastic turtle container clean. But it’s made very flimsy and the cover doesn’t stay on. It shouldn’t cost as much as it does. If you want a great filter with UV light, then this is it. The company should have made it stronger and better though. Hope it won’t break a day after the warranty expires. Oh, one more thing. The outlet plugs don’t have ground prongs. Dangerous?

The pump works great and gets a lot of dirt out of water after using a few hours only. Water became clean. The proprietary junk mesh filter that it uses, it gets way dirty after just a couple of days and you have to replace it
