I had a great time putting this engine together. I think those saying they were missing parts probably misassembled the model because I didn’t have a single missing piece. As some of the other reviewers said, you have to carefully put this together and pay close attention to the instructions. One misplaced part could mean the engine won’t run properly (the is happened to me with the small yellow piece within the transmission - I didn’t realize it was in the wrong place until later and I had to do a bit of disassembly). The pieces are good quality and the final engine is the perfect size (see pic below in relation to my dining table). My only recommendation to the seller would be to note in the manual the 3 or 4 specific moments during the build where you need to pay particular attention. For $100 (got it in cyber Monday on sale), this is an outstanding model - if this were Lego it would probably cost 3x. Highly recommended, educational and fun to build!

Tut was es soll, schade ist bei der Fernbedindung, dass diese dauerhaft in Position gehalten werden muss. ALLERDINGS lässt sich dies problemlos mit der Mouldking App lösen, Bluetooth sei dank. Somit gut geeignet für den Eisenbahner und co :)
