Prep Naturals 5 Pack 30oz Glass Containers with Lids - 1 Compartment

This is my second purchase of these food storage containers. I do a lot of batch cooking and these are invaluable. I can store individual portions of meals in the freezer, defrost and microwave in the same dish (and eat out of it ha ha!) I’m keen to avoid microwaving food in plastic containers, so the glass dishes really appeal to me. They are made of thick glass, and the lids snap shut tightly. I like the vent hole in the lids as it lets steam escape when food is cooling prior to freezing, and also helps release the lids after defrosting. They are easy to clean, and you can remove the rubber seals from the lids to clean them properly. Although they are quite expensive initially, they are good value for money in the long run. I’ve had my first batch for several years and can’t tell them apart from the newer ones.

I've ordered multiple sets of these over a few years and they are still as good as the day I got them. Perfect for meal prep storage and reheating. The lids have a little vent hatch which is good enough to prevent excessive steam pressure when in the microwave, and whilst the lids are made of plastic I have had no issues with warping or staining. My only slight criticism is that some of the lid clips can be quite tight to attach to the glass, requiring a fair bit of force, although on the other hand there's no chance of the lid coming loose!Being made of glass, the actual bowls are dishwasher safe, easy to clean in general and surprisingly strong - I've dropped them once or twice from table height and thankfully they survived.Overall would definitely recommend, although the initial cost is higher than any plastic alternative, for longevity and hygiene these are the better choice.

Good quality but not cheap, sometimes lids don’t close properly on a few sides, but worth getting. dishwasher safe but quite heavy.

I was glad to find these as I'm trying to cut out plastic from my diet. They 850ml ones were a little smaller than I expected because I already had an 850ml container which was larger than these. But they do just fit one frozen portion for one person. If you want more then get the 1000ml ones. It's easy to microwave them and then slide the contents into a pan and then they're easy to clean. The glass is thick and sturdy. The only issue I've had is the lid is very stiff to clip on. I'm a young man who goes to the gym and I struggle sometimes. If you have arthritis in your fingers this could be an issue.

Bought these to replace existing used plastic containers. These have done the job nicely and are easy to use and clean.

Good quality and useful

These are excellent glass dishes, though a little pricey. The lids fit snugly and I love the flip open air vent which minimises the warping that occurs with microwaving plastic. Fantastic to use for meal prep and for storing leftovers in the fridge. I haven't used them in the oven or freezer but they wash well in the dishwasher and the seals stay put, no leaking so far. I thought they were so good I bought 2 more sets and I use them daily!

Easy to clean, good quality and durable will be purchasing more.

Bin sehr zufrieden! Hab diese gekauft, da ich immer vorkoche und das Essen in der Arbeit in der Mikrowelle aufwärme, funktioniert seit einem halben Jahr einwandfrei; alle Behälter noch schön und intakt

This has been an amazing buy. I had bought it to store home made yogurt and it has really exceeded my expectations.

ممتازة وفيها فتحة للمكارويف

Vraiment top :)Malheureusement très fragile

These are a great plastic alternative. The glass is very sturdy - it feels thicker than pyrex and the lid is very firm. No liquid spills and the seal is perfect. Great size for lunch/leftovers
