Great for traveling, gym, ect
These are great if youre gonna be traveling. I prefer the bottles, BUT, the powder works great too. Sometimes it can taste like powdered vitamins. They mix up well, dont clump up.

They were giving these away on the Five Boro Bike Tour this year, I was impressed with the taste and now I'm a customer.Electrolytes are hydroscopic, this means they readily absorb moisture from the air. If you want to keep your packets from clumping, store them in a sealed plastic bag
