This is the best tasting "protein/diet" oatmeal I've ever had. I mix it with a full mashed banana for extra health and some chia. Great product

This oatmeal is delicious. Yes, it has a different texture (like Cream of Wheat), but that didn’t ruin it for me. It’s hard to find an instant breakfast with 15 grams of protein. I’m diabetic, so I appreciate having a cereal that tastes so good.

Fair product but not Oatmeal. A little to sweet with the sweetener could back off a little so you don't get that after taste of the sweetener compound like you get is soft drinks and other products. I added to mine some wheat germ and fruit and a splash of whipping cream. The contents of that improvement should be made by a company. It is good with those improvements.

UPDATE UPDATED REVIEW10/21/20 I decided to follow the instructions on how to heat up the oatmeal, to see if that makes a difference and it does. I posted picture of the outcome and u can see the difference from the pucture. I suggest you eat this right away so the taste and the texture won't change on you if u wait. I made it in the morning and put it in my lunch bag, got to work and started eating it, its better texture than before but since I waited 30min to eat it car drive to work, its not a great taste its doable. Im afraid to heat it up because I don't want it to get sticky which Might happen but not sure. Eating it lukewarm sucks because its a bit slimy. I like to eat my meals hot. Im sure I would of liked it much better if I ate it right away when it was just made. I don't know if I would purchase again. At least I don't want to throw up anymoreI don't know what it is but the consistency is chewy and it doesn't taste like apples and cinnamon. It looks gooey and I frankly don't like it, makes me want to throw up, no sure if it's the texture or the way it feels in my mouth. It's like eating glue (Never done that but it reminds me of that texture). I am not sure if it's because I didn't follow the instructions on how to heat it up. I will try tomorrow and follow the instructions which I doubt that has anything to do with the taste.

Not great, but also not bad - too pasty for my taste. I liked that it didn’t leave an aftertaste. If you’re someone who needs something sweet in the mornings, specially if you’re drinking your coffee plain/black, you’d like this.

This is so delicious and easy to make. I usually add banana flavored sugar free syrup and use milk instead of water to mix the product.
