Don Luigi Unfiltered Extra Virgin Sicilian D.O.P Val Di Mazara Olive Oil 33.8 oz

I purchased this olive oil for a presentation on olive oil for a college Italian class. I had everyone do a taste comparison and this olive oil was by far the best. Obviously if you do not care for olive oil or prefer a lighter flavor this may not be for you. The unfiltered, cold press, and first press nature of the product gives it a strong, rich, nutty, amazing flavor. The fact that it is D.O.P. certified means that you know exactly where it comes from and that it does not contain any byproducts from the olive oil production process. I mention this oil to all of my friends and I will definitely purchase it again!

This is, hands down, the best evoo I've ever tasted.It doesn't have the sharp olive flavor of some evoo. I've been using it for years for cooking, dipping crusty bread and making a delicious balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Very olivey, great if you've just baked some bread or to dress salads and a dressing for sandwiches.

This is great tasting olive oil from my family's native Sicily. Some other products saying "Sicilian" olive oil but their labels say "oils from Italy, Spain, Portugal, or Greece." If you want the real deal, look for the D.O.P. certification of the region it comes from.

This may be the best olive oil I've ever tasted. The flavor is amazing. A bowl of this oil with some spices for bread and a side of labneh is just heavenly.
