I am just now learning how to cross stitch. I bought a kit, but it did not come with these things. I had so much trouble getting started. Then my mother-in-law told me about these product savers. These have made my project so much easier, due to their durability, I am making more progress each sitting. I think the price was AMAZING for the number of hoops that this comes with and their quality. I love that there are different sizes so I can do more projects in the future and not have to worry about getting more hoops!

Good sizes but be aware you need 2 hands to tighten them. My original hoops only need 1 which is much easier but probably more expensive

My wife is the crafty one so I will have to pass along her review of these: These are the first bamboo hoops I've tried. They feel great. They are smooth & lightweight. I've always used traditional wooden hoops & these are much better. I like the rounded edges & the fabric fits tight. I don't know much about embroidery or stitching myself, but I scored myself some bonus points when I bought these. My wife seems to really like them compared to the ones she normally uses. She hasn't asked me to replace any screws, sand down a rough spot, or adjust these at all so I'd say they are far superior to the other ones she has been using.

This is a great set of bamboo embroidery hoops. They are smooth and hold the fabric tight. I have only one problem. I would like to have more than one of the smallest size hoop, but there's no way to buy an extra one or two. When working on more than one project at a time, or if I want to give a nice hoop to a friend who's beginning to embroider, I don't want to have to buy another set. Also, one thing to get used to is tightening the hoop. This style of hoop requires you to use both hands holding the screw mechanism. If you don't hold the nut at the left side of the screw, twisting on the right side doesn't make the hoop get tighter. This is a minor thing, just something to get used to. The result is a wonderfully tight hoop on which to embroider.

En mi esperiensa no sabia como usarlos pero para ser principiante en eso me fueron muy util. Lo que mas me gusto es que trae diferentes tamaños. No me gusto mucho la forma de la aguja. Pero se puede utilizar muy bien.

I think these are great for starting out. However, I did find that they are a bit flimsy and don't hold their shape well without fabric. Overall pretty good, do invest in something higher end in the future.
