Very easy to hold and use. I had bought these for physio therapeutic use by my 90 year old mother to help her improve muscular strength after an illness. My mother found them very convenient and easy to hold, lift and use. The 0.5 kg weight was also ideal for her. A very good buy for the purpose intended.
