This book is amazing. I was having difficulty with the idea of getting older and letting go of my idea of what life would be like. So many books on the subject to choose from, but I'm glad I chose this one.

This book provides you with insight and confirmation of how to deal with life as we and/or our loved ones grow older. Well worth reading and I love that each chapter covers a new topic, so you can go back to the book over and over again reading whichever chapter or chapters you need to review! I have given additional copies to people as has my mom!
