Kate Naturals Psyllium Husk Powder
It’s very good to sprinkle over oatmeal. Did not like it when I added it to my hot coffee because it curdled.

Great fiber addition in homemade dog food
I add this as a topper and mix with water in my dogs food bowls. I make homemade dog food and this has been a great fiber addition for them.

Clumps
Probably wouldn’t take it if I didn’t need to. The flavor is not good and if you don’t mix it quickly and thoroughly, it clumps. It does what it needs to to.
