This stand gives freedom to do anti-gravity yoga in the comfort of your home using a silk hammock and avoiding home construction. Our home is over 118 years old with odd ceiling sizes. This stand gives you freedom to tuck it away, go room-to-room, and avoid construction. Initially I was tempted by higher priced stands featured on television...this stand is all you need. Keep in mind climbing tricks are limited (all stands limit you), but you will be able to get in the air! For the most part the stand is quiet and steady. If I want to swing or use a swivel, I use cinder blocks to help hold the stand in place. Taking a nap, a.k.a. cocoon pose, in the hammock is a lovely treat on cold Michigan days. Love it, received it yesterday me and my daughter put it together and we are already swinging around on it. Did take a little bit of common sense on where to put the screws and bolts but I had no trouble.

***edit: the stand shakes pretty bad and slides easily. I have it set pretty low and wide to help with balance and such but I still went and put 100lb sand bags one on each side just to be safe*** The estimated delivery date was almost a month out so I was pleasantly surprised to get my stand within a week. I was emailed by the seller with a copy of the directions and was told to contact them if I needed help, so I appreciated them reaching out. The package was pretty banged up but none of the bars were damaged.**the instructions are weird!** This is super simple to put together. It took me half an hour, maybe 45 mins by my self. It's worth noting and it is written right on the instructions to pay more attention to the pictures than the numbers listed by the bars. The longest bolts (4) are used for the bottom bar that the rubber grips go on. The smallest ones (2) are used on the very top bar and the medium bolts are used for the rest. I had extras of each.So far it seems like it is going to be perfect for my aerial yoga swing and hopefully will work for silks and lyra. I was swinging on it rather high just to see at what point it starts to tip. It takes alot to get it to that point but I will probably still get some sand bags when I raise the height and use different apparatuses.I will update more if after some use I change my opinion on the stand!

Use: Aerial yoga (silk attached via carbines)Weight: Great - solid steel that makes me feel safe. I can perform controlled flips and unwrap myself from a position with relative speed without feeling unstable.Height: Great - lots of options for height adjustments in a simple, practical manner.Aesthetics: Good - black steel never really looks out of place, but I would love it if the grips came in a different color than bright blue.Assembly: Good - straightforward assembly once you understand the instructions.Overall: Great - very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anybody else who wants to practice anti-gravity exercise and understands the safety precautions involved.

This is strong and easy to put together. Adjustable as well

Bought this frame for my daughter who is Autistic with Sensory Processing Disorder. I wanted a frame that would work with multiple types of swings and would also grow with her. Instructions weren't exactly hard but the frame came with different size screws and didn't say which screws go where, which I thought was strange but again, wasn't to difficult to figure it out. The frame is also a bit wobbly, but that doesn't mean it will come crashing down. I've tested it out myself at 310lbs, and it held up so I wouldn't worry about that! I also plan to hang a punching bag when my daughter goes to bed. Does scratch up the floor so make sure to buy a mat or rug along with it!

This is a very nice stand but does shake so you might need to get sand bags to keep it sturdy for yoga trapeze
