amazon made buying easy
This rare very thin fluorescent bulb was exactly what I needed for replacement. I just looked it up on amazon from the letter/number code on the old bulb. It was an exact fit and worked perfectly.

did not work
These bulbs are tough to find so I decided to go the online route. A mistake. The first bulb was smashed to bits so they sent a replacement, which was intact but did not work. I had to order it from the hardware store (which worked, so I know it was the bulb). I think these bulbs are just too delicate to ship.

Broken bulbs
I opened my package to find two broken fluorescent bulbs. The box was bent and the only label, other than the shipping label, was a 1x1 inch sticker with 6 font saying fragile!

1st shipment the tube was broken in transit.2nd shipment also broken in transit.This Co. would not give up until I got an unbroken tube.3hrd time was a charm Tube received intact, I installed it and all is well.Thank you for your persistence.

Don’t last long and arrived broken twice
Ordered once before, the light bulb only lasted a few months. Second time ordering, order arrived broken. Customer service tried to send a replacement but it was broken again. Afterwards, the company declined to send another replacement and refund was issued. Found the same product at a lower price somewhere else.
