Thick but soft and comfortable. Feels good quality

I've been using this mat for about 2 months and it's perfect. The thickness is just right to provide the cushioning effect without being bulky. It's a bit longer than my previous mat and I like that - would suit taller people. The material is comfortable and feels soft without being 'spongy'. A great mat at a bargain price.

This is truly an exercise mat, and probably is perfect for Pilates. It’s super thick and soft, if you have delicate spine or knees/ wrists this is a good solution to a hard floor. For me, I was looking for my first yoga mat and I have carpet so it’s very comfy for floor work but I did that it moves too much underneath me to be good a good enough foundation for my poses. I’m 5’11/ 180cm and 75kg so maybe if you’re smaller or lighter it won’t stretch underneath you and move around so much. Perhaps better if you aren’t also using it on a carpeted floor. This is however, a really nice quality product and lightweight.

Purchased after it was recommended by a fellow Yogi and it’s the most comfortable and cost effective Pilates/yoga mat I’ve ever had.

This was recommended by pilates tutor for my elderly husband. He has not tried it yet, but it looks super. Lovely colour (teal) , nice thickness, rolls easily and carrying strap. Looks good quality, as the tutor said. So far very very pleased with the purchase. A cheap thin mat would be no good for him. And I plan to use it for my lower back exercises too.

Mat is ok but…. Warning they use EVRI to deliver so good luck with that. Parcel was left in an unsecured area still accessible to others despite instructions on my EVRI account. I would pay more to avoid EVRI

I was looking for a new Matt and this is perfect. It’s thick. It doesn’t stretch too much. If you’re a sort of a long lady like myself when you are doing downward dog or anything sort of like on hands and knees or hands and feet you can kind of like stretch them out a little bit because obviously being long but the great thing about this is it’s extra cushions so if you have any problems again like myself and you need to use your knees For certain exercises, it gives an extra bit of cushioning not only that is like a lot use in the morning for Pilates exercise before I get up and like do work et cetera so really good Matt definitely good for yoga and Pilates. Definitely recommend easy to put away and the caring strap is quite elasticated around it which is nice cause if you’ve got Travel with it , it has extra movement
