Champion Barbell Single Chrome Handle Cable Attachment

Big heavy duty, rotates very smooth you could cable curl 300 lb with one arm with it if you wanted to its extremely thick, the hole is about half an inch, best handle money could ever buy, i just wish i had the same luck with ez curl bar attachments and preacher/spider curl, and long pull tricep extension benches and machines and what not, this is a better handle than anything you'll g find in any gym its 3.25 inches thick in the middle where you grab it, 6.75 inches long as in handle part where you grab till top of the hole and the width from side to side is about 6 inches. what more can i say ? you can rip out of the box attach it on use it right away and 30 to 50 years later i'm sure it'll be no different it just looks so thick and durable, its a nice thicker handle then ones in modern gyms i believe so it definitely is better for biceps, you'll notice the difference between this and any other handle, i'm not sponsored by anybody, or biased in any way, i do on the other hand know about what is good equipment and what isnt both aesthetically and for effectiveness as an actual tool for building muscles, any arm wrestler could use this, you could do one arm deadlifts with this if you found a way. you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, so have fun and buy it now because stuff this good never lasts. the part with the hole in it that attaches on to the handle is welded on beautifully also on both sides. also i'm from Melbourne Australia and got this delivered a week earlier than they said it would take. so 6/5 stars for you!

This handle is very well made and the quality is very good. Handle is knurled and easy to grip, but not overly aggressive. It spins freely so it does not hang up or stick in spots. The finish is chrome and applied very well. The one I received, the finish was even and had no chips or rough spots. The welds are very good, no sharp spots and very smooth. I have absolutely no complaints about this handle. For the price you just cant go wrong.

I purchased two of these Champion Barbell Single Chrome Handle Cable Attachments for use with my Bowflex Ultimate Home Gym. One of the handles that came with my Bowflex finally broke, and I wanted a sturdy replacement that would not break again in the future. These handles are well made and are fairly heavy, which is a good thing. These handles are great for doing certain specific exercises (i.e. Curls), but are more difficult for other Bowflex exercises. For example, if you would like to do flies or bench press on the Bowflex, you have to reach further behind you in order to reach these handles. This is not a problem for me, though, as I purchased another type of handles with longer reach for those particular workouts. TL;DR Great handles for use with Bowflex for most exercises. Very sturdy!

The rolling action is super smooth, which is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a ha dle I could use for single-handed rolling handle deadlifts, much like the Rolling Thunder. The obvious difference between these and the Rolling Thunder is the diameter, but I have several (4 or 5) dif size grip sleeves, and they all fit these handles. I think the rolling action is actually better than the Rolling Thunder, sad to say. Anyhow these are stupid-awesome for the price. They work great for whatever I can think of. Rolling pull up handles. Cable or band handles. Single arm deadlifts, you name it.

Pros: very sturdy, strong, heavy but not too heavy, great price Cons: came scuffed up and rusty on some areas. Seems like a refurbished shed one to be honest But due to more good then bad it gets 4 stars

I wear size L-XL gloves, the handle/grip is perfect for me and feels really comfortable. Knurling is pretty deep. Handle/grip rotates freely and smoothly... does not feel like anything is grinding, not sure if that'll change in the future. Build quality overall I think is great.

I have been training for many years. And have used many different types of cable handles. The newer style plastic, nylon strap cable handles all fall apart after a few months of use. These heavy duty steel cable handles will last a lifetime. They work smoothly and are the right size to not get in the way when performing any pulley exercise. Highly Recommended.

I purchased these handles to use with the Bio-force home gym, as it did not come with handles included (they were sold separately). I noticed that the handles that Bio-force sold were the plastic handle type and I decided for longevity that I would go with a metal version. I'm happy that I went with the Champion attachment. It is a really nice handle. The grip seems to be just about the right size for most hands, and I haven't experienced much discomfort from the handle itself. Typically I'll get a blister and a few calluses from using this type of attachment. The only thing I experienced with these was a little discomfort on my first use and really nothing after. Also, the grip rotates around the handle, so instead of having to slide your hand over the grip, all you have to do is rotate it. The product itself seems to be constructed pretty soundly and should last as long as I will need it. If you are looking for a good alternative to the typical handle provided by home gyms, this is a great product.

I use them everyday at the gym I belong to (don’t like to wait for equip. ) they’re the same quality as you’ll find in a professional gym. Well worth the money!
