A little goes a long way! I sprayed it once and couldn't sleep because it was so overpowering. Now I spray it on my stomach to make it subtle and not have it pervade my olfactory glands. Great smell though.

Very unique smell. Has kind of hint of a feminine perfume, but seems to change over time. Definitely different and unisex smelling. Kinda like an exotic incense.
