I decided to try this spray as my hair has gotten thinner and lacks volume and body. While it doesn't get oily, it goes flat. This spray makes a big difference! I spray it before blow drying, and my hair has a good amount of volume and looks fuller. The price is competitive with other products. It's easy to use - spray on damp hair and dry. I also got the shampoo and together, they have definitely improved the appearance of my hair.

The best volunizer I have found and I’ve used everything over the years! Gives find straight hair a lot of volume and body! Love it!

EDITED: I am giving this product 4/5 stars after further use. I feel like its name and packaging are a bit misleading/unclear about the product’s function. This product volumizes by THICKENING hair. The root lifting properties of the product are average, but it does do an excellent job of thickening hair for a full volumized look. Also, using the product will take some trial and error because spraying too much product will result in clumpy, over-styled hair; too little will result in no effect. For best results, you need to spray and work the product into the full length of the hair before drying. ORIGINAL REVIEW: For volume purposes, I consider this a mediocre product. This product works mainly by coating the hair shaft with styling ingredients that form a film on the hair. This styling product offers a great amount of shine; however, it does not provide root lift. Also, it definitely has a fairly intense product feel. When I use this product, I have to be careful about how much clay I add to sculpt my hair. The best part of this product is its iconic Biolage smell. While this product is fair, there are better volumizers available.

This stuff is fantastic. I’ve repurchased many times. It smells fantastic and is easy to apply. My hair is epically voluminous after using it.

This adds an additional softness to your hair, leaving it more shiny in appearance moisturizing too. The consistency is very light and if you come it through, it’ll blend through evenly. It happens to be a great value for your money. I couldn’t be happier with mine.

I have naturally straight, fine hair. I wanted to add some volume to my hair when I put it in a clip so it looks a bit nicer but this makes my hair sticky. It's not so much a volumizing spray as it is a basic light-hold hair spray. I tried following the directions exactly, adding less product...nope. Didn't work for me.

PERFECTION! Why oh why did I continue to believe all the other products promise? It finally occurred to me, why not dance with the one who brung me? Lol! I use Biolage shampoo, mousse, why not a volumizing spray? Duh! This IS IT! Not sticky, I sprayed all over ( don’t forget roots). Voila! Plenty of volume, my hair is highlighted and it looks like I have 3x the amount of hair that I really don’t! Biolage does it again!!! As usual!!!!

It works sooooo good to thicken hair. It's a bit of a trade off though because it can make your hair a bit stiff. Honestly, it worked so good that my husband even noticed and that's saying something because he doesn't notice ANYTHING. Also it lasts for a few days and if you have oily hair it seems to keep the oil at bay for longer than usual. I usually have to wash my hair every day but with this stuff I managed to stretch it to three days which is unbelievable. It smells nice too!

Buscaba algún producto apto para método curly que me aportara volumen, hace tiempo perdí muy pelo y al tenerlo fino parece que solo tenga "4 pelos". Desde el primer momento en que lo probé, me encantó. Da volumen al pelo y parece natural, no tienes sensación de "peso" en el pelo, como con otros productos, sensación ligera y agradable. Pasará a ser un must it de mis rutinas, lo recomiendo.

Llegó en excelentes condiciones, la fórmula es pesada pero funciona todo bien, hace que el cabello se vea más abundante y cuando lo uso con la secadora se nota aún más.
