Healthy life.
Flack seeds are rich in omega 3 which is very necessary for our life.The package and quantity for this price is awesome.They provided the seeds in a zip lock bag and that's very comfortable to use.I include these flak seed in my daily food.I used to take a spoon of these flak seed and mix it with my butter milk and take it.The quality is also good. Go for it if u love Healthy life.
