I like that this set comes in a range of sizes and that each one may be used for many purposes. In my kitchen, this is the only set I need. Baking cookies or muffins or roasting vegetables for a family meal are two possibilities.In addition to making cleanup easier, the nonstick coating guarantees that my food will slide off the pan easily. I bought him these baking pans to get started and I'm very pleased with the quality of them. They're very similar to my own pampered chef pans but I paid a tiny fraction of the price. Food bakes nicely on them and they're very easy to keeps clean. Most food wipes off with a simple sponging, so it's already basically clean when it hits the dishwasher.
