Yep, this works great... It has worked and it did NOT dry out my skin. I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients and I should have bought this earlier in life. I felt a small pimple coming on (yep at me age) because I like cheese and it breaks me out somewhat, this lowered the swelling and there is no sign of any pimple that was to be coming in. I am an adult male who started getting some pimples on my nose and near by. I tried using cortisone cream on them but it did not do any good. I ordered this stuff and holly cow! It seemed like almost overnight the pimples were under control and going away. It did not take much of the cream and was very easy to apply and was not greasy. An amazing product!

I would never have guessed that such an inexpensive product would work so well! I am 40, but still get pimples (yay!), and once I started using this they are SO much fewer and further between! To prevent drying my skin, I spot apply this to any pimples, let it dry a few minutes, and then use my nighttime moisturizer. Works so well! Have reordered lots of times!

I’ve been using Clean & Clear Persa-Gel for many years. I don’t use it every day—only when I have inflamed, red pimples. It works well to unclog pores and kill bacteria, helping reduce larger breakouts. It doesn’t really help with whiteheads or blackheads, but it’s effective for inflammatory acne and oily skin since it helps dry out pimples. The product is affordable and Yuka-approved (see picture), so I feel safe using it. My only minor complaint is that the tube is quite small, so the amount doesn’t feel like a huge value for the price. Overall, it’s a reliable spot treatment, and I’ll continue using it for the acne it works best on.

I absolutely love this product. I am someone who always struggles to find something that helps with my ache, and when I do I have reacts because of how sensitive my face is. But this stuff seems to work wonders overnight, I did notice some peeling and dry skin which it did say could happen. But I easily fixed it with lotion. I do recommend buying this one if you want your acne looking better in hours, I put some on everyone morning and redness seems to go down. Will be buying again.
