It works in a church environment
This is the only camera in our church streaming system. It is installed 48 feet away from the stage. It works well in average to bright light, but not as good on a darkened room. Zooming is excellent. We would get another one if a second camera is needed. It was installed with the recommended wall bracket and there were no issues in the installation. This camera was selected mainly for the PTZ abilities and its three video connections. The HDMI connection made an easy conection to a ATEM Mini Pro. The serial connection was not used, and the Ethernet connection may be used in the future. Good stuff!

Great Picture, Easy to setup & Use
We purchased these for our church's live stream broadcast due to COVID-19. the camera does great -- super easy to use, fantastic quality, and quick setup. Have already ordered another to replace the existing camera (because this one is so much better!). August 2020 update -- we purchased a total of 3 of these cameras for our sanctuary! No complaints -- they work great. We ended up replacing two so we could have POE. Still highly recommend these cameras!! Awesome results at a really good price!

Great for streaming worship services
We use two of these; HDMI output into video converter devices with vMix. With the PTZ web control panel, you can set the the view of one camera while being live with the other, then switch the cameras. Interactive PTZ also works great.

Great picture quality
It works great. The picture is good. It even keeps a good picture when I zoom in. The only downside that I have found is that when you switch between preset spots, it moves so fast it almost hurts peoples eyes. Whereas if I do it manually I am go slowly for a nice transition.

More instructions
Decent product but does not include Audio. None of the audio accessories work to include the audio stream.

Couldn't even set it up through my computer
If you're looking to use this as a high-res security camera that plugs directly to a monitor with HDMI, this might be fine for you. I was looking for a camera to livestream productions in my scho's auditorium, and this product was not what I should've purchased. I'm good with computers and tech, and I could not get it to connect to multiple computers for the life of me. Returned it after a number of unsuccessful attempts. I recommend looking elsewhere for your PTZ camera needs.

Works perfectly for my PCIT room
This HD camera works perfectly for the treatment room we are using it in. It is used for hours everyday, and works well.

Nice piece of equipment! Bought for church so that we can do live streaming. We are not up and running yet but what I see so far, I am impressed!
