Stop complaining about "Jarlic"
I am fully aware of how much better fresh garlic is than this jarred stuff, but you will never convince me to not have garlic in the house ready to use. This fills a gap and works especially well in a few recipes where garlic is an ingredient, but not the main player. I use fresh garlic in recipes that have "garlic" in the name. There is no reason not to use a spoonful of this minced garlic in a tuna salad or a chicken salad recipe. The extra moisture from the water also helps sometimes.I spent a couple of years living on canned tuna and mac-n-cheese. I learned how to make a versatile, tasty tuna salad recipe I could eat out of the bowl, with chips or on toast. I'm not sure what everyone else does with this minced garlic, but it's become a staple in my cooking/diet.

We liked this minced garlic -- it had robust flavor. We liked to use this garlic in our vegetable dishes, egg dishes, meat dishes, garlic bread, and more. However, the cost is rather high -- we found less costly of the same quality elsewhere.
