I order this regularly for making my own salad dressing - I like to make a quart at a time and keep it on hand, mixed up and ready to use. This is my favorite of any lime juice (except for fresh hand-squeezed). It truly does taste like I just squeezed it. The only thing I can't do with this is provide the lime grated peel (of course!). Great product and great price.
