I have continuous pain in my wrist and thus is perfect for it. It is adjustable which is very useful. I sleep with this palm support and my wrist seem to be improving. It doesn't cure the pain but it stops the injury from increasing which is what i want. Fitkit seems to be a good brand. I have bought multiple products of this brands and my experience is excellent.
