Soooooooooooo GOOD!
I liked its design from the start - modern and straightforward - no unnecessary frills, clean of line, good for indoors and out.I expected to have to assemble the whole thing from dozens of pieces, put in the slats individually...that kind of thing. But NO! All of the hard work has been done for us at the factory :). The whole thing came almost pre-assembled. There were only 5 (yes, only five) parts, and they were so simple to put together. If I have to make some kind of criticism, its that when I bought a full cushion for it, and sat down, then my elbows were a little above the height of the arms. I am 5'11" and I used a 4" thick cushion - if you are a little shorter, or use a slightly thinner seat cushion, the this should be no problem at all. (I know - its just me. But I do like to rest all of my arms on the arm rest - I am just a perfectionist pedant - shame on me).BOTTOM LINE.High quality. Comfortable. Rocks nicely. Stylish. Serious value for money (check out the competition for poorer quality).HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It's OK
This rocker is easily assembled, but I cannot get it to stop creaking when rocking, so obviously there is a wood on wood rub that I cannot eliminate. The metal brackets under the armrests are unsightly but sturdy. The chair is not particularly comfortable, as the horizontal back slats hit my vertical spine, and the square forward edge of the seat presses into my thighs...thin cushions would help, but I wasn't counting on this additional cost when deciding to buy the rocker. I wouldn't buy another one, but would spend maybe twenty bucks more to get a different, more comfortable porch rocker.

Nice!
These chairs are a good bargain but I do agree with other reviewers that they are a tripping hazard. They are good quality and rock without creaking but you must be mindful when moving about the chairs and sitting down/getting up. If you want a set, you should also order the Amazonia Milano Side Eucalyptus Table as well. We got 2 chairs and the table as a set for our balcony and everything worked out great! If you are looking for nice pads for them, we bought ours from http://www.improvementscatalog.com. Their High-Back Seat Cushions 40"x20"x3" are very nice quality, very comfortable, and a perfect fit.

Poor Design; Falls Apart
These really were junk. I am so disheartened because of the good reviews and so few negative ones. We've had these two tears and finally tossed them although they have only been for looks for a year and three quarters. They literally just fell apart after the first three months so we've had the pieces just resting on each other to look like they were chairs. The wood seems good and the flaws really are in the joints and the design of how everything is supposed to be held together.

Perfect Rockers
I spent entirely too much time looking for rocking chairs for our front porch. We have been wanting some for a while and all the local stores sell the same style chair for the same price, $99. While I thought the price tag was reasonable we didn't want the same rocking chairs as everyone else. Amazon to the rescue. I was a bit overwhelmed at how many styles and varieties there were. I looked through a few dozen at least, reading reviews and the product info. I decided on these for a few reasons. The price was unbeatable at under $100 each. (We paid $78 I believe.) I liked the wider seat and back than the standard chairs I've seen around town. And I loved the finished look of the wood. These were a cinch to put together and I did one myself and my husband helped with the second (only because he wanted to say he helped... lol.) We had both put up and rocking in less than 30 mins. The instructions were easy to follow and the parts were clearly marked. One set was missing the little wooden dowels, which wasn't a huge deal and didn't affect the finished product. Had we not been so anxious to get them up we coud've gotten replacement dowels at our Lowe's store but we did without. They are a wonderful asset to our porch and we use them frequently! I'm so glad I took the time and found these! I would definitely buy them again and have already recommended them to friends!

Good Quality
We bought two of these to match a teak glider. They are very nice looking for the price we paid and assembly was a breeze. My husband had them both together in an hour and he's not very handy and has a torn ACL. They are a decent size - not tiny at all, and my 200+ pound relatives have sat in them with no problem. Honestly, I looked all over and for the price, these chairs can't be beat.

Sturdy Chair-easy assembly
I seldom give 5 stars; 5 stars to me means perfect, and very little is actually perfect. That said, this chair is pretty darn good. It's very sturdy. I weigh...well, too much, okay, 240, and it holds me fine. Assembly was a breeze. However, the arms are attached to the arm supports with metal brackets (true woodworkers are cringing right about now) at the factory, and on one of mine the screws were already stripped. Luckily, I had other screws and corrected the problem. Other than that, everything was there and assembly took less than 30 minutes. Usually I have to cogitate longer than that on instructions, but these were very simple. No words at all, just clear pictures, even telling you which bolt you want to use where. Pats on the back to whoever designed the instructions. The chair looks good out of the box. The picture makes the wood look thinner than it is but the real thing is solid and strong. It's pretty comfortable. Wide so it fits big butts, or at least mine.Another reviewer said it squeaked and they weren't lying. It squeaks horribly, and you can feel the squeak. I re-tightened everything, and that helped a bit. Then I let it sit for a while until it was time to give it to my wife, and by then the squeak seems to have gone away. Magic? Maybe just the joints settling or something. If it starts squeaking again, I'll talk to a real woodworker and add glue or more screws or whatever he tells me to do.All said, good chair, good price, easy to put together. I'd definitely recommend it and might buy a second one...so I can sit.
