I bought it on 18/10/2020 for Rs 2435, it has been 4 years 11 months and 8 days, it is still running, there has been no problem, it is very good, now its price has increased a bit, it is available for Rs 3500.

This is my second buy of the same brand, my first rice cooker , I force retired after 12 years of use and it still works like a charm. The new one does not have the nonstick bowl, so the cleaning is difficult and needs that the bowl is soaked in water for sometime and often takes some effort to be cleaned, apart from this there is nothing else I can complain about. This is a great product , with good build quality and be assured that your investment will stretch for a long time . The 4 instead of 5 stars is only because of the ease of cleaning factor

Cooker stoped working after a week. Why only products are failing .

The best cooker steamer for preparing rice. I mostly use the double chambers for steaming boiled idli. This keeps idlis fresh and soft. BTW...I have two cookers of same model and plan to add more for my food outlet
