Bought used, screws were lost
Bought used and noted slight corrosion on the actual HDMI input port. The input attaches to wall plate via tiny screws; they were lost and not included. I’ll buy new next time.

Works as needed
Very simple to install and is much better to use than connecting directly to your TV so you dont wear out the cable. We had them installed at church for some LG displays we purchased.

Good not great.
I used these to mirror two TVs and hide the HDMI cable behind the ceiling. I wrap the cable behind the plate in electrical tape to keep dust out and ensure a secure connection. There was noticeable signal attainment loss vs a direct HDMI connection. I hade to buy a $8 signal booster. The back of the dongle is too large to fit through the slot of a standard electrical wall box. I did not want to use a low voltage casing due to my set up. The dongle cable is also too shot to coil up inside the electrical box, but too wide to fit through the standard ports. I had to cut open the divider between two ports to fit the dongle. I’d prefer a wall plate without the dongle and just a direct HDMI connection into the back of the plate.

needed one, have the other as spare. works very well and also comes with extra screw for going into wood, which i also needed. very nice surprise and worked well. highly recommended

Work well. Require more depth than a standard electrical box.
This worked well, however, the screws that mount the connector to the plate are tiny & are screwed into plastic. These are being used in a commercial application so I was worried about rough handling. Decided to do a thin epoxy bond around the connector when I mounted it to the plate. Very solid now. If they are going into an electrical box you will definitely need a deep one.
