Haier HRF 618 SS Frost-free Side-by-Side Refrigerator (565 Ltrs, Grey)

Received the product within a day of placing order. The product was dispatched in a well packed mode and was received scratch proof at location. Installation representative also landed up on the next day to brief about the finer points especially the proper balancing and controls of the refrigerator. Great person to interact with.I had installed the refrigerator myself and it doesn't require too much of technical knowledge only plain common sense as it is a plug and play equipment.The space in both the refrigerator and freezer portion is great and it was a really good deal that I got in exchange offer.One suggestion is that the transportation person needs to be accompanied by additional person to have the refrigerator moved up and down stairs or else the buyer needs to be told upfront to cater for additional people. In my case in addition to the driver and another person of agency I had to utilise the services of two additional people whom I had to tip after the delivery.

Looks like a good decent fridge. However , after using it for 6 months the fridge broke down. The customer care was absolutely horrible and extremely rude. After much effort , they sent someone to fix the fridge ... he said it was fixed and conveniently left . However, soon after we realised that it still wasn’t working. Then after trying to contact them for ages again , they said that the part needed for the fridge will not come for another 2 days or so. They customer care was again very rude and not helpful at all ! Extremely disappointing...

Loving this fridge. Amazon delivery was great, they brought it up to the first floor (via the steps) for me.At this price, trust me - i did my research, no other reputed brands would sell a fridge of this capacity.The freezer is amazing and i still haven't filled it up. The quality of the glass and plastic inside is good and strong.The temperature controls and fridge features are really nice, especially the holiday one, where you go on the holiday, and the fridge maintains a low temperature consuming less power.

Very spacious, comfortable and well designed fridge. It has got the modern look and sure is a value for money. Only four stars for the reason that there are very small dents on the doors which seller says is common for all large sized fridge doors which am not happy about.

Purchased this refrigerator during Amazon big sale and got very good exchange price for my old refrigerator. In addition there was credit card discount of 10%. The delivery was given as per scheduled time and date. As soon soon as delivery confirmed, got a call from installation engineer for giving demo. He arrived within 2 hours, installed and gave demo. The product looks great with superior finishing and very good value for money. Performance looks fine so far.

I always expect best service from Amazon ..I read most reviews , before I purchase... scared of dent as lift is smaller and not possible for this model.and my house is on 4Th floor.. questions are there in mind.if I buy from shop they charge heavy for lifting, and delivering..But heppend all great .. excellent price, delivered with no expectations of single rupee.and with perfect smile on face ..and installation done with full cooperation..this can happen in only Amazon..thank you for all great service..I can't say more about refrigerator as it's too early to review now..

I bought this after reading 4 star reviews.But it looks most reviews have been posted within a few weeks of receiving refrigerator.I am posting mine after nearly one year of use, in Delhi. There is very little fluctuation and I have 24 hr power back up.Yesterday I called the service person third time in one year. Some small minor defect comes everytime. Person comes to check. Notes defective part and them replaces after 2-3 days. I fail to imagine how a purchaser in small town with continuous power fluctuation will bear.Now my warranty is getting over, and I will have to pay for all service calls.I have had expensive Samsung and LG for more than 15 years and not once was anyone called for service.In this case, cheaper really means cheap.
