Jensen 615 Basic Louver Grained Wood Look Polystyrene Recessed Medicine Cabinet, White

Ok, so I've read a lot of reviews prior to ordering this medicine cabinet and I was a little skeptical. My main concern was... is it white, and can I reverse the way it opens. I wanted it to open from right to left (looking at it installed) which is not the way it comes as others have pointed out. First, the cabinet arrived in white, which was good because I didn't want to have to paint it. In the pic, there are 8 screws and 1 with a magnet. If you remove the 8 +1 and flip the door over then it opens from right to left. It honestly couldn't get any easier! I was dreading the idea of removing the hinge and flipping it... DO NOT REMOVE THE HINGE, NO NEED TO, and that would be much more work! We love the cabinet, very nice product!

Just what I was looking for. I am so pleased with this cabinet. It matches all the louver doors in the bathroom. It opened form right to left, but my ingenious Dad fix the problem. He took the door off and attached the inside shelving upside down with the magnet to the left. Then he took apart the backside of the door and flipped it and reattached to the cabinet and voila! It opens to the left. For me that was important bc the bathroom mirror was in the way. Now there is no clashing. It was delivered fast and came neatly and securely packaged. Yes, it is plastic but you can't tell, it blends nicely, and for the price it's a win-win situation. Fast delivery, easy to install, great value and quality!

Installed in a small bathroom to avoid the "sticking out" from the wall of a wall hung unit. The instructions didn't mention HOW to reverse the door to open the opposite direction, however I figured it out. It does feel a little cheap. It's made of plastic, but for the money, it was worth it. It actually fits more items than I expected considering it's so narrow.Directions on how to reverse the way the door opens as well as less of a "plastic" feel to the item would have netted them 5 Stars.

I don't like that it opens from the left and it seems rather tight. It did fit what I needed and is better than what I had.

I love the design - but I didn't like how thin the plastic door was. I had to take it apart and turn the door around so it would open from the right instead of the left. It was easy for me to do and easy to install.

This door on this medicine cabinet looks great. The back cabinet is too small for my existing opening. However, the door removes easily from the back since it is attached with standard screws. I will be making a custom back and attaching the door to that. I did not want to return the cabinet because the door is so nice looking that it is worth making my own back (which won't be too hard to do). One reviewer claimed the door was bowed at the top, but not this is not the case with my unit (that person must have gotten a defective one).

Loved these cabinets. We have a double sink with a medicine cabinet on each end and we did not want a mirror on the cabinet because we had placed a single mirror in front of each sink and no need for two mirrors. The only thing missing, was a knob to dress it up a little. My husband easily added a know. Also these cabinets can be reversed to open from left or right which was perfect for what we needed. I'm a little late posting this, but totally forgot about entering the review.

The medicine cabinet installed easily(just had to reduce the rough opening with a couple of 1 x 4's) in an upstairs bath of a circa 1920's home. The clean lines, simple decor and white color matched nicely. If the cabinet had a lightweight mirror you probably would sell many more.
