Great addition to a great little carry weapon.
This fits the Ruger LC9 perfectly. This compact was designed to be carried and in doing so faces many of the problems lots of compact carry weapons face. The unmodified factory grip is comfortable but just a bit thin. My hands are very average medium in size and I find that the LC9 felt good stock. However, after adding this grip it's perfect. Firing the weapon with the Pachmayr feels great. The recoil is nothing and the accuracy is awesome. I had many of my friends try firing it as well in a variety of situations including movement exercises and shooting without the use of the sights. Everyone seemed to like the feel of the soft rubber from small to big hands. If you need your pinky wrapped around the grip, make sure to have the magazine extensions. In my case after having numerous damaging injuries to my hands I like the feel of my pinky coiled underneath the end of the magazine as it provides for a much stronger grip and more comfort. Most of the others that tried this weapon liked the mag extensions so they could get their pinky around the grip. The Pachmayr will add some diameter to the hold so unless you are familiar with small firearms and certain of how you like to hold them I would recommend you pick up the extensions if you do not already have them. They are not expensive and will make the overall feel more comfortable for most people after installing this item. This grip will not interfere with any of the functions of the LC9, it feels great and does not add too much bulk which is critical as the LC9 is specifically designed for concealed carry, I have not used a holster with this weapon as it fits perfectly in a reverse pocket on my leather, but would not see the addition of the grip interfering with any standard holster that might be used with this weapon. Another plus is the additional traction the grip provides, when drawing the weapon I have found it very beneficial to have the extra hold in my hand. It is my understanding that the Ruger LC9 is directly modeled (to a T from what I heard) off of the Kel-Tec PF9 so for those of you who own the PF9 this may also fit that but I have no experience with it personally. If you needed to modify this grip I imagine it would be simple to do, however as with any rubber slide on style grip it would not be advised to get to ambitious with the modifications. These can and will rip if the factory integrity is compromised to much by cuts, holes and over stretching. Leave this on something in the same size arena as the LC9 and it should last the responsible user a good long while.

Perfect Fit!
This was a perfect fit for my Smith & Wesson subcompact 99. I didn’t have to struggle to put the grip on and it’s very comfortable. Very happy with this purchase!

All the reviewers are right. This sleeve transformed my pistol greatly.
The rubber sleeve is pretty well made. It is thick enough to provide durability and stretchy enough to wrap around the grip of my SD40VE tightly. All the reviewers are right, it does transform my pistol greatly. I like my SD40VE, it is a very good quality pistol for its price and it is just as good as a Glock, but its grip is very uncomfortable after 5-10 minutes of shooting, which I wouldn't have known until I took it to the range. This Pachmayr 5166 Tactical sleeve completely changed the feel of the grip and I can say that it is more comfortable than my Sig. Now I regret that I didn't do it right at the beginning of owning my SD40VE.

Nice grip but................
Nice grip, I only wish it stayed in place better. I've considered gluing it but I'm not sure if the glue would permanently damage the plastic frame of the gun. It stays in place pretty well but tends to rotate around the the grip. Their is no danger of it coming off the gun's frame. But it doesn't stay in one place very well. This was to be expected of course since it is a friction only fit. I might try some water soluble glue and see if that helps. As to the grip itself, it's a Pachmayr, about all you need to say. I have used their grips on almost every gun I own. I'm not displeased with this grip just removed one star for what I pointed out above. It's more annoying than in anyway interfering with the operation of the gun. And I'm not blaming Pachmayr. They did what they could with what they had to work with. Since my guns grip is molded right into the frame there is no attachment point to use. It is a huge improvement over the stock grips. Though be warned these guns have large grips to start with so this does increase the girth of the grip surface. I have very large hands (X Large Glove Size) so it fits my hand well. Those with smaller hands may find this to be too big.Update:I'd like to point out the reason for removing one star. Despite what some people may think this isn't a target gun. This is a self defense weapon. The trigger is designed as such. And when your in a life or death situation you don't want to be thinking about anything but the problem at hand. Any kind of a distraction can mean the difference between living and dying. This is the reason I carried revolvers for years. They are the simplest weapon to use. No safety to think about, no mode to wonder what it is in (IE. cocked and locked, Safety On, etc.). I bought this gun because it is almost as simple as a revolver and it is faster to reload given the need to be completely concealed. With the right setup, speed loaders in the right place on your belt, you can actually reload pretty darn fast with a revolver. But in my state everything has to be out of site at all times. given those restrictions a revolver becomes a much slower reloading option. And of course the auto gives you more ammo before reloading is needed. Handy I suppose if your planning to miss a lot.The grip not being in perfect alignment is just such a distraction. Which is why I'll either find a solution or remove it. I'm sure there will be those that disagree with me, so be it. In my mind this is the perfect self defense automatic. Or as close as your likely to get. Assuming I find a solution to the grip movement, this will be a great addition to the weapon.

Taurus 92FS? Yep!!!
Got this for my Taurus PT92FS 9mm full size pistol. With some time and effort it went on great. Having large hands I needed a more stable grip when purchasing the gun on and off the range. Comfortable in both scenarios. Good price. Just be patient installing. I used some dish soap and a flat butter knife. In few minutes went right on. Feels superb on my PT92FS. Im pleased. Great purchase for my specific needs!!

Fits ECS9 too and great feel
Got this today spent a couple minutes putting it on, didn't even use lube. Fills out the grip nicely. I bought it because some other sites said it fit the ECS9 and LCS9 too. It does appear to fit my ECS9. Doesn't get in the way of carry and improves grip as well as fits in my hand better. The stock grip is fairly thin since it's a single stack.
