My Doctor loves this book. I found it 'hard to read'.
My doctor recommended this book and the point it makes about stress and health is really important. But i did find it hard to read....maybe a little too scientific for my tastes...but valuable information for sure.

Ulcers aren't caused by stress.
Ulcers are caused by bacteria known as H. pylori. Stress in life is undoubtedly bad but it has no bearing on getting ulcers.
