I ordered it with a confusion because it is a non returnable order, but I received in a very good packing... Now about flute .. perfectly tuned, I m practicing watching online videos, so it's difficult to analyse problem while playing instrument, whether I am playing wrong or instrument is not good, after playing this flute I understand that my previous flute wasn't that good but I felt I am making mistake, I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THIS FLUTE FOR BEGINNERS LEARNING INSTRUMENT, it seems like expensive but no, it gives you back more than money spent on it.. can't explain the feeling when I tried sargam ❤️

I never insisted any1 to buy musical instrument online,because they are meant to be tested by the user according to their comfortability and taste.But i gave it a shot to buy punam flute from amazon. Brought punam flute A natural base from amazon. As this being a seller certified item it comes directly from the seller (subhash thakur) as if like you've purchased from punamflutes.com... Timely delivered with a hard case..not at all a chance of flute being damed during shipment.flute is nice, not very light weight as i expected it to be. Pros- 1. 100% perfectly tuned for almost all users (because flute tuning is subjective., Depends on holding posture,blowing angle,head tilt) 2. I could play even E7 ,F7 and F#7 with ease in my A4 tuned flute. 3. These flutes are made such a way that even half note tune variation can be done. I mean using A natural flute you can blow in specific angle such that the same flute behaves like a G# flute. This variation can be done in almost all flutes but with punam flute its very easy. 4. If in any case you find any defect (crack, imperfect tuning) in flute you can return it back in 10 days according to amazon policy. 5. Amazon allows you discount on offer days which is not available if you're purchasing from punamflutes.com Cons- 1. Bit expensive.

I am above beginner in flute...and searched for good quality flutes...this was the best option I found online...but it is a bit costly which is the reason for giving it 4 star...or else the quality deserves 5 star...One suggestion i would love to give...if this seems you costly...you can search for different scales...and it wolud fit in your budget...overall...A nice experience playing this flute...#Thanks_Punam_flutes
