Q: Does this cable work with the oculus rift & sensors, recognized as usb 3.0 port?

I just received the 10' cable and it combined with the Amazon 10' display port cable and it does not work on the Rift S. I tried two different gaming computers. One with a1660ti and the other with a RX 5700 XT.

Q: Does this extension cable affect charge current or time of charging on standard or QC 2.0 or 3.0 chargers?

The short answer - it does NOT affect (most likely...) charging time. In fact, I use this cable for data transfer only, but upon receiving your question, I decided to check this point, because it's really interesting question! :) Here is what I've got when tried to charge my Samsung Note 8 (~30% battery at the moment) using a) the direct cable (Anker 6ft USB C to USB 3.0 Cable) and b) the same Anker cable + this AmazonBasics extension cable: 1. When connected to original Samsung wall charger - 1 h 15 min (fast charging) in both cases. So, QC 3.0 spec. is supported. 2. Charging from the USB 3.0 port of my comp (it does not support QC 3.0) gave me a bit weird result - charging time with the direct Anker cable was ~2.5 hours, but when I added the AmazonBasics extension, it was displayed that charging time would be ~4.5 hours! But the second and the third attempts to check this, gave me the regular 2.5 hours... Have NO idea, why the first attempt doubled the charging time... Sort of "unsuccessful negotiations"... ;) This is why I've added "most likely" above.

Q: Can you daisy chain multiple together to essentially get a longer extension?

Haven't tried it., but... For USB 2, maximum cable length is 5 meters. For usb 3 I've heard the max to be about 3 meters which is about 9.8 ft, there is no specific length defined in the 3.0 standards as with 2.0. Chaining two 6ft cables might not work well for 3.0 but should be okay for 2.0.

Q: what gauge (awg) are the power lines on this cable?

Don't know but yhey are pretty thick. The cable is made well
