Excellent product from Maxine
The product arrived on time. Working very well as expected. I have returned from USA 2 years ago and I have the electronic equipment from US which is 110V. This is my 4th step-down transformer that i bought from Maxine.. I use this product for my large TV (80") + Bose Surround System + X-Box all hooked up to one 2KVA step down from Maxine. another step-down transformer from Maxine is hooked up to Laptop + HP Laser printer (US). Excellent product from Maxine ...

This is a must for anyone with US devices and appliances.
Relocated to India and realized that appliances need not just a converter/adapter but a specific wattage that can power them. Check your appliances that need to be plugged in together and then load them to 80% of capacity to the transformer. For example, I have an Oster Pro 500W blender, a 1000W Breville Juicer and a 200W food processer. If I need to use them all together I need an 2000W or 2KVA transformer in the kitchen which is precisely what I did.Works like a charm, does not heat up but needs to be stable on a flat, sturdy and non rickety base such as a kitchen platform. I would not recommend wall mounting it due to the weight but so far it has been a few weeks and everything works perfectly just as it did before. This does not heat up as I expected it to and is pretty noiseless.I have another one for the TV, amplifier/receiver, Blu-Ray, router etc connected to a US style surge protected extension etc for the living room. This has also worked well so far with it being noiseless and not heating up even though it is under a TV console/stand.

Provide 15 amperes sockets which is correct and proper technically
It is a 2000 watts step down transformer but output it is given through 5 ampere plug sockets. It may be kept in mind that appliances more than 1000 watts will be connected through this transformer therefore,It should have been provided at least with 15 amperes socket otherwise low capacity sockets will get heat and lead to to burning of the same. Please correct if this suggestion is correct.

Used with USA purchased programbale pressure cooker
Works great so far . I used with instantpot similar pressure cooker so far no issues with power handling by the step down transformer. Didn’t work initially , called the customer support and got the right person , fuse blown out , replaced with spare fuse. They even offered to replace with new one one. Sometimes the main MCB can trip when u turn on . Just reset it .

Good product for use with equipment from USA
Good product for use with equipment from USA, having rating of 117V AC. Maxine is working fine up to the max. capacity of 2 KVA.Design is sleek, and occupies minimal space. Two numbers of outlet sockets is an excellent idea. One outlet can be used for equipment used frequently, and the other outlet can be used to plug in an extension strip with multiple outlets for use with misc. gadgets.Good value for money.

works without any problem
I ordered two transformers July 2018 to use with various devices and appliances I got from US. both are working great. make sure you read the instructions.sometimes the power will trip when you are powering on the transformer. this is normal since the circuit resistance might be low. reset the trip, add another 500W+ device of 110v preferrably an iron, mixer, etc and try again. it works all the time.

Fuse gets blown frequently
We bought this after using a Maxine transformer earlier, however our experience this time is very bad. Once I turn on the transformer, the fuse gets blown out without even connecting any load to the transformer. Not sure if this is for our product only, but the experience was very bad.
