This product is perfect for an mat sit-ups and hand stand pushups. I use it multiple times a week and it works better than I expected.

Not as soft as I would have liked
It wasn’t what I expected, but I don’t think I reviewed the description well enough. I wanted something softer that would cushion my lower back for flat ab workouts. This does not do that, but it does aid with angled workouts
