Literally Plug and Play
Working great so far. Switches fast, computers keep the layout of the icons. A single USB C audio connection plays audio perfectly without any delay on both ports. Wireless USB and Keyboard works perfectly. Really impressed.

Works great for about 2 years.
I use this KVM to swap between work and personal laptops and they work great... until they don't. I find that they last about 2 years before the switch starts to lag and I get issues video signal dropping, keyboard and mouse randomly disconnecting and I know it's time to find a new one.I don't want to buy this a third time, so I'm going to look around, but the bottom line is that if you need a KVM for a short time, or are willing to replace it every few years, this is a great model - but mark your calendar, as you'll need to replace it.

Product develops defects
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Using Logitech keyboard with USB (not Bluetooth/USB dongle). This product developed a serious defect with the R, V, and C keys. For some reason, a single R key press randomly triggers double Rs and randomly takes a single press of V or C and interprets it as infinitely long key press - need to unplug the keyboard to kill the infinite length of characters. Product worked perfectly fine originally. Buyer beware.

A KVM that works perfectly!
Bought two cheap KVM's and was disappointed twice. Not so with this one. Worked right out of the box with good response to my mouse and keyboard. Video was fine with the two previous but I couldn't get mouse or keyboard to function with them. I was unsure about this one due to the fact that the dongle plugins are on the rear of the unit but it is functioning perfectly with no choppiness or funny characters from the keyboard. Pleased with this product. If you're getting a KVM forget about those $25-$30 models. Spend a few more bucks and get one that works right away.
