So, I snagged this left-handed notebook as a bit of a gag gift for my southpaw husband, fully expecting a chuckle and then it to gather dust. Boy, was I wrong! Turns out, this thing is actually genius.You know how frustrating it is for lefties to constantly drag their hand across what they've just written, smudging everything? Well, this notebook completely solves that. The spiral binding is on the right side, which means his hand rests comfortably on a blank page while he writes. No more ink-stained palms or smeared notes!Honestly, I was surprised by the quality too. The paper is nice and thick, so there's no bleed-through, and the lines are clear. What started as a silly present has actually become his go-to notebook for work. He's even mentioned how much more comfortable it is to write in for longer periods.Five stars from this unexpectedly impressed gift-giver!

Can't ever go wrong with a lefty notebook!

My son is the only left handed person in the house so far. We struggle with his handwriting because of his ADHD but when he used this notebook his writing was neater than usual. The spirals being away from his wrist made it incredibly easy to use and comfortable for him. The notebook is sturdy, the lines are clear, the pages are a clean white. I will definitely be buying more.

First and foremost, realize that this is a size A4 and is smaller than the standard 8 1/2 x 11 notebook. That's fine with me, because I wanted something I could carry in my bag. I love left-handed notebooks. I was lucky enough to be raised by a teacher who would get them for me at the local college bookstore. My teachers tolerated them. I am so left-hand dominant that if I have to use an ordinary notebook, I will still turn it upside down so the rings are to the right. Even at my age (mid-50s) I still love a lefty notebook. My only (very minor) issue with this notebook is I so badly wish the pages were perforated so I didn't have to pull the paper out of the rings and trim off the frayed edges with scissors. Other than that, it's a delightful little notebook for a lefty!

It is so nice two write in a left handed notebook. Only wish it was larger

The notebook has the coils on the right hand side which allows the writer to write w/o the coils in the way. The configuration allows for neater writing w/o the obstruction of the coils in the way.
