My favorite weight gainer. The lowest sugar and sodium count out of all the gainers I’ve seen with the shortest ingredient list which is great. Not too calorie dense like ON Serious Mass but has enough of a nutrient profile to ASSIST with gaining lean muscle. You still have to eat a healthy balanced diet and lift intensely enough to build more tissue so you can’t rely solely on this product but it WILL help. I gain muscle easily so I only take it on the days I workout so the 16 servings lasts me a month. Vanilla and Chocolate both taste great too. As long as Rule 1 keeps giving out safe quality products, I’ll keep buying them.

Should say "Gainer" bigger on the side
I bought this thinking it was just protein powder. It's not. It's a 2:1 Carb to Protein mix for folks looking to gain any weight. Gave it to my son and he used it. It should say CARBS or GAINER in large letters on the side so folks don't buy this by mistake.

Good overall
I didnt care for the flavor much. I also didn't think it "mixed well with a spoon". I did think it mixes well with blender bottle or blender and will be keeping as J think the flavor is something I need to get used to.

Can’t beat rule 1 !!!
Great products from from Rule 1. Product is a bit thin/clean tasting. Not very filling/heavy as it’s make with less fillers then most others. This has been my number 1 go to for quite a while.
