No wifi connection or app for your phone.
It doesn't connect to wifi and there's not an app to connect to your phone. Lies.

Poor Image with normal, or low lighting
controls and menu navigation is awkward. reacts poorly under low, high or normal light. Faces not recognizable at all. I would consider my implementation to be within optimal conditions, yet is is a total waste. The mount kit is good and the screen size is useful, but the camera quality is poor.

Horrible instructions and no place holder for the battery
It is supposed to work with a battery as well. I got the battery since it was not included. But there is no room for it to be inserted. The instructions are pathetic to say the least. They don't show where the battery goes. Horrible waste of time online with the tech to figure it out to no avail. Had to return

I like this video doorbell, the installation was very easy ,the quality of the pictures is clear and colorful, so far everything works so well.
