This item works very well. I am very satisfied with how smooth the polish is and how shiny my nails turn out when I use these. My nails rarely chip with this brand and I think that that makes it even more worth the price. It is very easy to apply because the brush is crisp and smooth. Great top and base coat for gel nails, and would definitely recommend!

Very good product. I’ve used beetles top coat for a long time and has always loved it. I finally tried the builder gel to strengthen my nails and wow’!! It’s so good my nails are almost as strong as acrylic and I only used a very thin layer. I actually think all these products on my nails are beetels products and they usually last a month with no chipping. Top coat shine is so good, thickness of the builder gel is really good.

Honestly, it is a great product! I’ve been doing my nails for while now and I’ve tried a couple other products, but this is my favorite. The product itself has good texture that is easy to apply and maintain. Also, I redo my nails on a monthly basis because my mani last long, and it does not chip or peel.All in all, for my diy girlies, IT IS WORTH IT.

No words can describe how much I love this brand and this product! I did my nails yesterday with this set and my nails feel like I have on acrylic they’re so sturdy and durable. The application was easy just make sure you have an LED cure lamp, and I love the finishing shine. Also there’s no inhibition layer that you have to wipe of one top coat is cured//another bonus!

First of all, the advertising is misleading, so they get -1 star for that. The top coat is no-wipe, but I definitely had to wipe the base coat. Aside from that, it's actually a nice set and the products are good. I used the bottom layer, wiped it, buffed it a little, then applied some regular air-dry nail polish on top and then, when it had dried, I used the gel top coat. Both gels just needed one coat and came out looking very smooth, even, and glossy. My nails look great and I can still use my collection of regular nail polishes! I'll see how it holds up, but I'm happy so far.

Edited for update: Since my last review I’ve come to actually enjoy this set and it has been a staple in my routine. I didn’t return it because I already used it, I don’t believe in wasting money, and I needed it. This product is thick especially the builder gel meaning you have to make sure you’re carefully spreading the product evenly over the nail. You also have to make sure you’re covering the edges and tips of your nails evenly too. If you’re in a rush and would like to do this quickly find a different product. If you’re like me and like to take your time and make sure all of your bases are covered (no pun intended) then get this product! Now from the actual kit it still does seem to be different because it’s not as thick and it only came with builder and top coat, this is a 3 step process foundation, builder, top coat. Since evenly layering all 3 I have not had any issues with peeling. I constantly wash my hands, use oil every single day, and typing all the time. The only time I experience the peeling is when I’m rushing and not thoroughly covering all of my nail evenly. (I do my nails usually once a month or sooner if I want a new look)I had the smaller bottles that came with the kit and it was wonderful so I bought this set and the polish peeled the same day unfortunately

This has been my favorite base and top coat brand. It is easy to apply and makes my nails last! I’ve bought several times and it’s worth the money every time. Dries smooth and looks like you came straight from the salon!

These are accurately described and they do even out by themselves. I have never used gel at home, this was my first experience. I will say, if you do not clean any displaced gel polish that's on your finger tip or just under your nail edge, and you put it under the UV, it WILL BURN YOU. So it is VERY important that you keep the polish on the nail only!!! Make sure that you clean any excess off from your skin BEFORE you put your nail under the UV lamp. This is essentially resin, and certain resins immediately cure under UV. So it will burn your skin upon curing. Don't keep your finger under the UV light if it is burning!! Take it out and make sure you clean the polish out from under your nail or around your nail before you put it back under the lamp. It shouldn't burn if you have everything cleaned off the skin. It will probably feel warm, because it has resin in it. Over all, I learned very quickly, and the base and top coats were very quick to level out and cure in 60 seconds.
