several of the problems I've been having. Within two weeks of taking green kamut (I know they say barley green is amazing and better, but it hasn't been for me), my skin looks younger. I know that sounds crazy, but I had *lots* of acne as a teen and into my adult years plus lots of sun damage as that was something I was encouraged to do to make the acne better. Now in my 40s, I'm paying for both- I know I look old for my age. Anyway, the other thing about green kamut is that, again, about two weeks into it, I need less sleep. I live at a higher level of activity more easily when I'm taking the kamut. If you're going to try it, make sure you're faithful for at least two weeks. The other thing I'd say is to cut down on sugar, natural and otherwise, becasue that boosts the kamut's success. This is also the brand I'd stick with. Pure planet is just good stuff and you can buy a 4 pk here on Amazon cheaper than you can anywhere else.

I've used this stuff for over 15 years and it's still the best Wheatgrass ever. It's actually the only kind of wheatgrass I will ever ingest. That other stuff makes me itch. I like to mix this wit Spirulina to balance the taste. Pure rich delicious nutrition. I put it in a milkshake to turn it green when I felt like making a healthier version of that McDooDoo's Shamrock Sh*t for St. Paddy's day. Looks like the luck of the Irish was on my side because the milkshake was a winner... And No, it didn't bring all the boys to the yard!

A serving size of wheat grass powder is 1-2tsp. This product claims to have 90 servings but the directions classify a serving as 1/2tsp. On top of that this product contains gluten. Pure wheat grass powder does not contain gluten, which means that besides misleading customers as to a proper serving size in order to sell more, this company has also watered down there product with other plant matter. The manufacturer does not care about you or your health. DO NOT BUY

I have a wheat and grass allergy. I did some research and the Kamut variety of wheatgrass has increased tolerance among allergic folks like me. And so far has lived up to my expectations and more. I haven't had any problems drinking it. I mix it with coconut water and have it 2x a day. Doesn't taste grassy like others. I'm so glad I found this brand on Amazon! Love it. Ordering more soon.

If you want to drink wheat grass juice without growing it this is an amazing product. Dissolves completely in water. Shake or stir continuously to ensure no clumps. Inspired to buy this product after reading Soak your nuts by Karyn Calabrese. Does not have a strong grass taste making it pretty easy to sip on.

This grassy drink is very palatable and easy to dissolve in cold water. It has a nice grassy-sweet taste, and no fillers. I've tried several other brands, and don't like the ones that have a fishy seaweed smell, even though seaweed is nutrient dense. I notice that I have more energy and don't need as much sleep when I drink grass juices regularly.

When I Actually remember to take this in the morning, it gives me so much energy. I sometimes mix it in a smoothie, but find it has a better effect taken in lemon water. The taste isn't bad, very grassy, but I grew up taking spirulina and other green drinks which are worse in my opinion. It's a good product but only 4 stars because it doesn't desolve very fast at all, and that's using warm water.I like the product a lot.

I have been drinking this daily for about 10 years now and I literally can't be without this. If you're wondering about this product the reviews tell the truth. This is a mineral rich product that my body craves if I miss a couple days.
